I looked but couldn't find it on the site anywhere, but am nrelatively new to PR...How do you do the embellishment that I see so much on girls clothes. It's a strip of fabric or ribbon gathered and sewn on to the the garment as an embellishment. It there a tool that would make this easier?

A ruffler attachment does this - it's a funny looking contraption but it creates perfectly spaced ruffles or pleats depending on the stitch length. This link to Creative Needle has a prety good tutorial.
