I've forgotten what the knobs on each side do. I.e which one is stitch length and which one is differential feed

To tell the dials apart..the numbers on your DF will probably go from 0.5 to around 2. On your dial for Stitch Length the numbers on the dial will go higher. I don't own your machine and I don't have dials but levers for both settings on the front of my serger so I don't know where your dials are located. I do have a dial on the left side of my serger but it is for the width. I hope this helps.

I have the coverlock not the coverstyle but what Kylnne says is is correct. The larger dial with numbers from .5 to 4 (or so) is the Stitch length, and the smaller dial on that larger dial is the Differential.
