Is mentioning my charity auctions really advertising? (Moderated by Deepika)

Don't worry, I'm not including any links here, OR my eBay name. BUT, I will be posting 5 charity auctions for a UK based charity this week and I was wondering if a detailed announcement would be appropiate for any of the forums (fori?) here.

You might want to check with Deepika to be sure. See "contact info" link near the bottom of the brown sidebar to the left.

Thanks for the advice! I filled out the form and am waiting for the reply.
Thatu is the charity, by the way. It's a UK based charity supporting efforts in the Cape Towns of South Africa to become self-substaining. I hope I'll be allowed to post the auction links!
