But I want to change the legs (Moderated by EleanorSews)

I think I've found the right crotch curve, and the right waist/hip circumference, depending on the fabric stretch. . . so I don't want to change that. But I would like to try some different leg shapes; and I know that I can use my waist to hip area part of the pattern and combine it with the leg part of the pattern . . . but where exactly do I match them up? The hipline? Or somewhere below that?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Stacy1, what you can do is measure the pattern you want to copy and just trace your TNT pattern. Then add to the width of the leg of your TNT until it matches the pants you want. You need to add evenly on the inseam and out seam to keep the pants balanced. Matching to the other pattern does become difficult to know where to match so I'd just change the pattern you already love.
