Re: T-Shirt Knit (posted on 3/18/08 1:27 AM ET)
I bought some cute t-shirt knit at Hancock Fabrics to make summer tops for my dd. She decided she would prefer skirts from the fabric. The knit is way to thin to make an unlined skirt. I'm afraid if I do line it then the skirt will stick to the lining. Short of walking around with a spray can of Static Guard, does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you considered a reversible skirt? If that is not a possibility, then I would go with tricot, attached at the waist only.

I don't know where my brain was. A reversible skirt might work. That is why I appreciate this message board, two (or more) heads are better than one.
