I want one of these irons so bad. The problem is I like to move my ironing board around when I sew. With the water bottle having to hang in the ceiling, is it restricting? It seems like the water bottle being attached would be a nuisance to bother with and will keep you in one place for ironing. Is this true?

Yes, a gravity feed iron is restricting. It isn't quick and easy to move, and it is really best to have a situation where you don't have to move it. That said, it is an absolutely terrific iron to use and I wouldn't ever want to give it up. I can't imagine sewing without it now.
