What's a chou chou and why don't we see the "seamstress" wearing it? I'm guessing a chou chou is a ruffley collar. It's not hard to figure out how this was done and the question I'm asked with is why?

At some point the proportions of the 'kitty paws' to the sewing machine foot hit me and I suddenly realized we're talking about a gargantuan kitty cat.... mice, rats, ROUS beware....

Looks like a hair scrunchie to me, but it might be a kitty collar. Not that any kitty I every shared a house with would wear one, though.

Love it! That is soooo funny!
I thought the same thing about the pins. And also that the kitty did not press the seam before turning!
