Does anyone know what happens to the garments sewn for pattern cover art? Just musing on this tonight...

No idea, but you do often see the same outfits and models used on the pattern package art and in the same companies pattern magazine.....so probably from the same photo shoot.

Quite separate idea, but when I read your post title I thought of my muslin sewing (quick and often with mismatched fabric left overs, so not good enough for goodwill)....which I used to toss in the trash, but now use to help stuff my dog and cat beds instead of towels.....ML

In my town, the recycle center will take textiles for recycling. I'm not certain where they go from the Recycle Center, but you just need to bag it up and drop it off (non lingerie though).
