Dress

Please scroll down to the line drawings and look at the back.
From FFRP, which broad back alteration would you do? kimono? raglan? armhole princess?

It's a little different don't you think?
thanks

Although the front sleeve is like a kimono style, the back sleeve is raglan attached to a princess seam. The raglan and the princess seams take the place of darts. Part of the shoulder is in the sleeve. I'd combine the raglan and princess broad back adjustments to put the fabric where your usual need is, with an emphasis on the raglan adjustment if the broadness is mostly above the level of the underarms. However you do it will work as long as the look stays balanced and in the style you intend. Rather than try to calculate it out, I would probably copy the pattern onto cheap paper (I use exam table paper), pin or tape it together, and add wherever it feels tight or where it needs it for the dress to hang properly.
