Lately I was visiting family in Charlotte, NC, and we went to the Museum of the New South. They had a display set up to look like a local department store (Belks, I think?) mid-century, with some vintage patterns in a glass case. Most looked familiar but there was also a baby pattern that was a smaller size. I took a picture because it was just so adorable. Was this common practice? I've never seen a vintage pattern so small. (Or maybe it was a pattern for a doll? I couldn't tell.)
