A friend of mine is a musician who will be going on tour soon. We need to make him a fur and sequin vest. The collar of the vest needs to stand up and out from his neck, that will also be lined with fur. I have no idea on how to do this without it falling down when he performs. The back of it needs to be in some type of jersey material so he doesn't get to hot. I am in dire need of some help with this. Does anyone now where I can find a pattern or does anyone have any idea's that will help me???? Thank you

Use buckram to make the collar stay up. That is what is used to stabilize hats .
