I love looking at the My Shape website for ideas but for the first time I actually found something I really want. Plus, they are having a 40% off sale for sweaters (nayy).

Anyway, how accurate is their choice of sizing for you if you've filled out all their measurements? Anyone order and have good/bad luck with it?

The one sweater I want, they say to get an XL. All their other stuff for me is a M or L. I haven't been an XL in a long time and the sweater is a wrap type and I'm worried if it's too big it will be too low.

Can't help you with sizing, ordering, etc but wanted to say that's a great sweater! Maybe you should order one for me, too?!

I've ordered from them. Sorry to say, it's been hit or miss with the sizing. Although they do try to advise if one ought to size up or size down with a particular designer, I've had to send some things back because they were too small or large.
That looks like a nice sweater - you could give it a try. MyShape is very good with returns!

Sizing will vary because they're retailing products from a variety of manufacturers.

Yes, I understand that, but the last time I was in any XL anything was about 40 pounds heavier.

Also, the other things suggested from this designer show me at a Large, which is more reasonable. I'm usually in between M and L.

Everything my daughter has ordered from them has fit. She has even ordered jeans! I have only ordered 2 tops and one pair linen pants. One top was much tighter and more revealing than I am comfortable wearing. It fit, but was not my personal taste. I liked the other two items.

Very nice sweater!

The only things I ordered from them (some pants back a few years ago) were definitely the correct size for me (based on their suggestions).

Doesn't sound like it has worked out that well for everyone, though.

If doing a return isn't a major hassle for you (and the initial shipping charge isn't outrageous) order the size you think you need, one smaller, and one larger. Return what doesn't fit. I do this to avoid having to return, reorder, and then have the item possibly be out of stock.

I've purchased several things from them, tops, sweaters, dresses, jeans, pants and jackets. All of them fit nicely. I think the key is to include All your measurements and then hit the "go sizeless" button. They compare the garment measurements and tell you whether or not it will fit or if it isn't recommended for your body type.

I agree to go with their sizing. They know what runs large and what runs small...since we know not all sizes are equal and that is the premise for their company philosophy. Their goal is to make online shopping easier on the sizing end. Few if any companies ask for your sizing...they do.

I just went through a customer service snaffu with them and at the end...they more than made up for my inconvenience on an out-of-stock item. (I wasn't notified when something was out of stock). They were short handed and the rep who finally "got me" was very calm, helpful and wanted to keep me.

I do recommend them and have been happy with previous orders. I will order again. By the way...I wear any size from a Med to an XLarge in r-t-w. It's all how my bust fits...I don't like things too tight or too loose.
