The Sewing Studio in Toronto has a new online community (which promises online courses in the near future) and they are now publishing an online sewing magazine! Check it out!

I think those projects are cute and very easy for someone starting out sewing. I'm going to forward the link to a friends 16 year old daughter who discovered sewing in school. I'm also happy to see something from Canada that supports sewing.

At closer look, the magazine is a nice combination of sewing & fashion which is what we need to attract the younger sewing generation. It's very refreshing!

Deb when I clicked on the magazine I only get a tiny (?icon) in the top left hand corner of each page of the magazine that is being shown and the rest of the page is blank.

I can click on other parts of the website and get the information - ie. sewing classes.

Are you getting a full picture or text on each of the pages being presented for the magazine on the web site?

Seems like it's mostly advertising -- but they got some big sponsors: Vera Wang and Rowenta. Wow.
