I am new to garment sewing and trying to find the best fit... but really do not fit the chart. My measurements are 41 1/2, 40, 42 which puts me around a 20, but I am short 5'2", and my waist does not fit that measurement. What is my best option? Thanks!

Use your upper bust measurment and buy that size even thought it is too small for your waist. You can always add to the side seams to the waist and below it. You can't for chest alterations.
