Good morning, everyone!! I just joined this website because I love to sew. I have 3 DGDs, aged 3, 5 and 7. Since my DIL works, I do most of their laundry and have been taken with the way jumpers are made by Lilly Pulitzer. Does any know the sequence of sewing a fully lined jumper with a back zipper with no hand sewing? I am at the end of my witts trying to figure this one out. I think that the zip is sewn into the lining after the neckline and arms openings are sewn. Then the zip is attached to the lining and then the garment is flipped. The zip is then sewing into the fashion fabric. Can anyone help me with this technique> Thank you.

Check out nancywin's tip on how to line a sleeveless dress. I used her tip recently and got good results.
