Do you have a favorite vendor for buttons in bulk? I'm thinking just shirt type buttons, nothing too fancy.

I've bought from Newark Dressmaker Supplies. They have all kinds of button assortments.
I've also gotten enough buttons to last a lifetime when Fabric Mart has its button assortments available. They don't have any right now, though.

I've purchased bulk buttons from Fabric Mart and wasn't too impressed. This could have been my experience and not others'. What I got were a lot of the same button rather than lots of different buttons. I have a bunch of white shirt type buttons that say Disney on them. Just what I need!

I just bought a bulk assortment of shirt buttons from Cleaner's Supply. They're much smaller than I expected, but I haven't compared them to the buttons on any of DH's shirts (they may just look small when they're not attached to a shirt- I know it's true of the the suit buttons I bought). There were a lot more of the mini-buttons for a button down collar than I expected.
I also bought 30L buttons for pants and suit coats for myself- they look like buttons.
ETA- I forgot I bought a package of mussel shell buttons from Fire Mountain Gemstones. They were cheap, and they shipped pretty fast.

Huh, that's kind of why I haven't splurged on a bulk order yet...not sure what I'd get, and Disney kind of sounds scary.

I've purchased from Pam Erny's website. She sells scoops of lights and darks. Also sells wooden buttons. NAYY, of course. sewexciting

Does anyone want to take some of these buttons off of my hands? As I said, I have more than a lifetime's supply, and a lot of them I know I'll never use. I promise no Disney buttons!

I would, but I don't want more than, say, a half a cup of buttons, I'll pay the postage. I know they can be heavy.

I can split with you Sondra, or any of the other local ladies would too.
