A tiny flea market today turned up a gorgeous Singer Genie in beautiful condition! It is in almost immaculate condition - much nicer than the one I gave away awhile ago, though it does not have a manual. And - drum roll please - ten bucks! I will post photos soon. Lots of fun stuff going on with my kids for the next couple o' days.

Congrats -- I'd love to see pics too! I remember those and thought they were so cute. Especially since I love orange and yellow.

A Genie??? For 10 bucks??? How cool is that??? I remember those. I had a friend who bought one new; cute little machine. Will sew almost anything, except heavy, heavy, denim. But perfect to tote around. Great find!

Ditto, Miss F.

How cool is that?! $10! In (almost?) immaculate condition... a rarity, I think, especially for that bargain, dirt cheap price!

Happy sewing, tourist!
