I was browsing Overstock.com's website and noticed that many of the London Times dresses have a sparkling resemblance to some of my patterns in my collection. Of course many of my patterns are Maggy London and Project Runway.
Take a look.
and this one looks just like the new Butterick pattern.

Wow, that second one does look just like the new Butterick "sunburst" dress. It's got great reviews, too -- someone used it as a "Joan" from Mad Men costume!

Oh, that is so frequent. I think there is not one single dress out there that you can't find on Lekala pattern website. And I mean - the exact same dress, topstich details and all.

That said, since I don't want to be blamed for alleging copyright infringement, I suggest that the same designer sell his work to several companies.

Or, a designer sells his design and the copyright to one company, which may sell it to another entity.
