I am learning more about fit and other stuff right now. and I would like to know, what are your guys favorite shell/sloper pattern to use for truing other patterns?

I would love to know. would kwik sews kwik fit book be a good sloper to adjust other sleeve patterns to virtually little to no sleeve cap ease?

I would love to know. I am looking for a sleeve pattern with little ease. its redundent and it wastes my time. any ideas here?
