I promised my sister I would make the blue tote for her. Only, she chose to have me make it out of light pink terry cloth (heavy) with pink paisley flannel for the lining. She informed me she would love to have piping along the side-seams and bottoms. I'd love to be able to give her what she wants...but I've never sewn piping on something, and I'm not quite sure what I need to get, let alone how to sew it!

Any suggestions and ideas? Advice?

Thanks!

I think everyone may have something different to say. I, personally, like this site:

Piping Info

If you scroll down a bit there is all kinds of information about piping tips, techniques, etc.

I think this should help. Get to piping girl.
