Tried to post a new store review, but it's not showing up (Moderated by Deepika)

I'm working on posting fabric store reviews from our weekend trip to Portland.
My review for Rose City Textiles posted just fine this morning.
I just tried four separate times to post a review for the Mill End Store, and the new review isn't showing up.
To reproduce:
1. Write new review for Mill End Store. I've tried using the database search function for the Portland address, Milwaukie address (same address as Portland, just with a different city), and manually entering the address. None of these worked.
2. Hit "Submit".
3. Check for the new review on the home page and store review page. It's not there.
Things I've tried:
* I thought it might be a caching issue (although I can't remember ever seeing that on PR), so I tried another browser, but it's not showing up there, either.
* I also thought that maybe the database was having a problem with there being two different addresses for the same store (as mentioned above), but manually entering the address didn't fix things either.
Any idea what might be going on?

I have the review saved in a text file, so losing it isn't a big deal. Just wanted to report the issue in case it's a symptom of something larger.

Same thing happened to my review of New York Elegant Fabrics today.

Brenda, since I saw that you were able to successfully post a different review, I tried my Mill End review again, in case we were running into some weird limit where a user could only post one store review per day. (Although I did recently manage to successfully post two reviews in one day about a week or so ago, so I didn't think that was it.) I'm still seeing the same issue with the Mill End review.
I'm going to try to post a different review for a different store and see what happens.
UPDATE: My review for the Pendleton Woolen Mill store just successfully posted. So, unless Deepika figured out this issue and fixed it in the last half hour, the store review issue appears to be related to something store-specific.

Thanks for sending the review. It was very helpful in debugging the problem. I found the bug and fixed it. You shouldn't have any problems adding store reviews now.

Thanks for fixing this Deepika. I tried to post a review a few nights ago and it didn't post. Thankfully I was able to use the back button on my browser to go back and copy the review to a word file. I was too tired to report the problem that night. I'm happy to see it's been resolved--I just posted my review of Haberman Fabrics. :)
