Hello-- Would someone please point me in the direction of a good video tutorial for doing a fully tummy adjustment (pants)?
Thanks.

This isn't a video but a picture tutorial on a full tummy adjustment. It's from Maria Denmark. She's doing it on a skirt pattern but it's done the same way on pants.

The pattern I'm using (Barb, Style Arc) has a lengthen/shorten line on the top part of each leg. Would that be where I would cut and widen (front piece only)?

If it's in the actual leg no. If it's above the crotch it depends. :)
It's better if you at least have a rough idea of where you need to add. Everybody's tummy is different. Some higher, some lower.
If you've made them and know where you need to add go back to those and mark/measure from the top of the pant (not including waistband if it has one) to the bottom of where your tummy hits.
If you don't have a clue at least make sure you're far enough above any part of the crotch curve.
