Hello!

First off, I just wanted to say how much I love this site! I didn't know it existed until about six months ago, so I'm super duper happy to have found it. I've discovered so many independent pattern companies that the world of sewing has truly expanded for me. Thank you : )

However, I also do a lot of crafts, such as crocheting and felt projects and was wondering if there were other sites out there similar to this one to which people showcased their own work? I find that seeing someone's interpretation of a pattern useful in deciding whether or not to purchase a pattern.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance : )

You want to try Ravelry. It is the Pattern Review of the crochet and knit world!

Kollabora has separate sections for many of the handcraft categories - great site!

Thanks Kalisews and Cocosloft!

Both of these sites look fantastic. I really appreciate your suggestions. It's so inspiring seeing the work of others : )

Of course any quilting or sewn home dec projects are right at home here on Pattern Review.

I will second the recommendation of Ravelry for your knit, crochet, or weaving projects. There are not pattern reviews per se there. But as on this site, people link their projects to the patterns. Sometimes they comment on what they like or did not like about the pattern, or point out errors.

PR now has a Fiber Arts forum and is slowly becoming active. You might want to check it out and help to increase the craft specialites.

Thanks everyone!

When I finish up some crochet projects I will add them to the fiber arts section.
