I've had a request to make a puppy out of mint green arctic/polar fleece for a pregnant co-worker.
"no problem" I say, remembering last year's insane amount of pale green fleece in the stores...
I've been to Fabricland. I've been to Fabricana. I've checked Wazoodle. I've checked Timmel.
Not one scrap of mint green fleece to be found. I even checked remnant bins, since I don't need much!
Found some at Textile Outfitters (maybe), but it was the premium stuff - and I'm not sure I like my co-worker enough to spend $25/metre plus shipping when all the other fleece I needed for the last few puppies was less than $7!
Thankfully she's not due for a while, and I'll be in Seattle on the 30th, so I can check Jo-Ann's - everyone always complains about how much darned fleece they have!

Jules, you might want to try the fleeces at fabricline.com where page one here has a "Green" by Malden Mills, and page two, has something called "Pesto Green." Neither is mint green, but maybe worth a shot.

Depending on how much you need, I have some large remnants of a nice mint green fleece. It was a blanket end from Fabricline (I think). Let me know if you're interested.

Hi Jules - I, too, have some scrap pieces (somewhere) of mint green. I'd be willing to send them to you. They have the pattern that makes the fleece look like a cabled sweater, though. Let me know if you still need some and I will check to see what I have.
Good luck!

Hi
I bought some sweater knit from Wazoodle in a taupe colour that looks like a sweater knit on one side and a soft fleece on the other. It is a very soft and stable knit. They have this in mint green as well: mint sweater fleece
It might be worth looking at since it's inexpensive & it's in Canada.

Hmm. The only mint fleece at my Jo-Ann's has a sushi print on it. Probably not what you want (I'm not sure who would want it, actually).
