Question for US customers who have ordered a pdf file of Bootstrap patterns to print at home:

What size paper did you select for your home computer printer?

I noticed the paper sizes as A2, A3, etc. but no 8.5 x 11.

Is the A2 the same as 8.5x11 inches?

I did not see a definition for paper sizes on the website.

Thanks.

No, 8.5 x 11 is closest to A4, but wider and shorter

A1, A2 etc are ISO sizes - ie international standards. The US is not international and uses different sizes of its own. Many websites inc Wikipedia will tell you the exact measurements of these sizes but they are NOT the same as standard US paper sizes, which I believe are called tabloid, letter and legal, or some such.
Certainly Lekala has all these paper sizes and I should imagine Bootstrap does too as it is the same software.

Letter, legal and tabloid are the first three options for paper size once you choose 'print'.

Bootstrap has previews of their patterns for print on letter and legal size paper - look in the sidebar of a pattern, under FAQ's. You should be fine.
