I have begun taking Hot Yoga classes, which by the way, I absolutely love! Hot Yoga is basically the practice of yoga in a heated room which causes you to sweat profusely and boy do I! I would love to make some capri pants and camisoles to wear. Any suggestions for fabric and online sources? I've heard about "Power Dry" and fabric with wickaway properties but have never purchased any. What weight would I want for pants? tops?

Thanks for any and all suggestions!

I prefer to wear wicking polyesters or nylon/lycra. Cotton just gets horribly saggy and drippy! Mostly I buy by feel but I did order some swatches from Fabricline.com and ordered the 3.2oz Power Pro Lycra which is the perfect weight IMO.

My favorite places to order technical fabrics from are:
www.fabricline.com
www.lucysfabrics.com
www.wazoodle.com
www.maldenmillsstore.com

Coolmax is a great fabric for wicking sweat during a sweaty workout. But where to get it I am not sure, sorry. I would like to find some myself.

I used this Supplex fabric to make a yoga top. I've worn it to my ashtanga class, and it did a great job at keeping me dry. As an aside, how do you keep from getting nauseous/ dizzy during Hot Yoga? I've been wanting to give Bikrim a try, but it makes me nervous.
