hello,
I am looking for an Ellisimo upgrade four. I found one locally, through a shop for 700.00!
wow i can't see that.
I saw one advertised at a shop, out of state for 400.00.
Does anyone have one for sale that they don't want?
Could you put it up for sale on ebay to keep everyone safe?
thanks for any info.

why can't we just buy these through any dealer online. this is silly.

If you are the original owner and registered your machine with Babylock, it shouldn't be a problem to track down the needed upgrade.
However buying used from private party you won't be able to get upgrades, without a lot of hassle and funds. Some dealers may be able to assist if you bought it used from them. But not private party.

I thought the iv upgrade was mainly the embroidery drop light. I didn’t think it was something you could do yourself.

That might be part of it, but nothing physical you can buy in a box. Thing is though, if you attempt to load some update for firmware for a sewing machine, into a machine, (or choose the wrong one) then in case it goes bad, for any reason, you should for back up kind of safety, even have a way to get back to where you were,(and started from even) before that happened. Because if your firmware goes kaplooey, then you could be stuck with an expensive non sewing brick/doorstop instead possibly. So I think that's always a possibility when updating actual firmware in anything sometimes. Does not matter if it's a computer, sewing machine, or some kind of cell phone or anything else. So I don't have that machine, and I don't know if I would want to risk it or not, even if I did. So, I'm not telling you what to do at all. Probably don't do it, unless you got a back up plan, where to even take the machine to first, in case it does not turn out, like you might want it to.

Hi,
I'm looking for the Ellisimo upgrade 2.
It's the one with the tablet & pen.
It needs to be new in box. Thanks, Marlene
