I have a fairly new Oliso. I can’t get the steam function to work properly. I set it on cotton/linen with the max steam setting but no steam unless I push the steam button. Any suggestions?

Contact their customer service directly. There should've been an 800 number included in the warranty paperwork with your new iron. If you google "Oliso Troubleshooting" there is also a troubleshooting guide that might be helpful.

I received a new Oliso for Christmas and it stopped working altogether; wouldn't heat up and shut off as soon as I plugged it in and tried to set it on the Cotton/Linen setting. I tried the trouble shooting and ended up having to call their customer service and they replaced it fairly quickly because it was still under warranty.

I took your advice and contacted Oliso customer service. You're right -- they are very responsive and helpful. Emma asked some questions to diagnose the problem and determined I had a defective iron. She provided a prepaid UPS label to return my iron and sent a new one to me as soon as I sent her the tracking number. I'm very impressed with Oliso customer service. Couldn't have been a more pleasant interaction.
