***EDIT***
I've whittled my choices down to three fabrics but not sure which of the three is best:

I'm looking for a fabric that matches the sleeves and the skirt of the photo below. I have tried looking at three different fabric shops in person and found nothing.

1. https://www.amazon.com/Satin-Fabric-Wedding-Decoration-Crafts/dp/B07TCKWHLS?th=1
2. https://www.stylishfabric.com/all/60-apple-green-charmeuse-satin-fabric-by-the-yard.html

Any help is much appreciated :)

I have always used Fabric Wholesale Direct for all of my costume Satin. Would they have anything in a similar color of green?

I just used this search phrase in Google and came up with loads of fabrics, many on Etsy: east asian green satin brocade by the yard

No idea how good the fabrics, colors, prices, etc are but there were lots of choices ...

Because your inspo is fantasy CGI, I kind of suspect the artist used something like a batik/wax resist/gutta hand-printed scarf or shawl as the basis for the artwork. (And because it's CGI, the original may not even have been in the final artwork colours!).

Here's a rough idea of what I mean:

I plan on buying plain green satin and then painting the flowers on myself using fabric paint.

Aha! So it's the perfect green that's the deciding factor . . . okay, here's a few more choices to toss into the suggestions so far:

Mood Fabrics satin

If you have a custom dressmaker near you, call and see if they have sample sets of satin and would be willing to order the right color for you.

Joann also used to have sample sets behind the counter -- not sure how that would work out with recent news, but possibly worth exploring.

Expensive, but Emma One Sock has silk satin in solid colors and if you click on the color square they give you the Pantone color for matching and send samples.
