Has anyone tried these new FIT Flops they are suppose to help you build muscle tone in your legs and help you lose weight just walking in them.

Never heard of then until now. Wow are they UGLY! I'm not worried about my legs but I might wear them if they'd work off some of my belly fat.

Yes, but for a truly hideous, and totally gimmicky shoe, nothing beats the Masai Barefoot Technologies sneaker:

Masai Sneaker

The consolation? These babies are $245.

HA! Like you need specially designed shoes to do squat steps. Do they sell shoes that come with built-in motivation?

I vaguely remember seeing those somewhere. I need a backstrap, so guess it's why I didn't pay much attention at the time.

How about the "earth" shoe with the negative heel technology? Have you seen those? Kelso story. Over on the left you can clink on FAQ's, testimonials, etc.

We must have been in high school at the same time - I remember when earth shoes were a big deal.

You don't have to wear anything so "hideous" to do the trick. I've got a beautiful pair of leather slides with a low wedge heel and an extremely comfortable molded foot bed but it takes a little toe gripping action to keep from walking out of them (didn't know that when I ordered them). That alone seems to give me a workout all the way up the leg and even to my butt. (When I turned 50 I decided I would never again wear ugly shoes.)
