I was wondering, if I made a bias skirt or some other bias pattern using knit material, do I still hange it before hemming?

if i were making a bias pattern from a knit fabric, i would not cut it on the bias. the knit will allow for whatever bias stretch is needed.

if your pattern is for something like a circular skirt (making it partly bias) then i would say, yes, hang it before hemming.
