A gift to my Sister-in Law (Moderated by Sharon1952)
Posted on: 8/27/08 5:03 PM ET
Here is the second of 2, 1850's Shaker reproduction quilts. Like the first one, it is 72" x 72" the color on this one is Butterscotch, and was chosen to complement a new set of chairs she has purchased for her living room. This completes this series of these style of quilts. I am going to my basement workshop and make a bookcase. Taking a break from sewing for awhile. When I come back. I have some clothes to make for my wife.

This is, of course, just beautiful. Well done. I'm sure I would be taking a break to do ????? after making two quilts.
