I can not believe I found one of these; it has never even been opened. (I'll post images of all of the instructions on the inside of the package in a tip in case anyone has one w/out the original instructions.)

How cool! I'd be afraid to open them but I know what you mean, you want to be able to use them. They are terrific. Are you starting a collection? I should really see if my mom has anything goodies left in her stash. She moved a few years ago and I imagine most things went in the garbage I remember she had tons of gadgets when I was a child, many of them in duplicate in case one got lost or broken. Thanks for sharing.

Neat! I want one! Though what I really want is a button hole maker that makes the button holes the same size AND the same distance from the edge. Though I suppose you could combine the two and use the pleater to measure the distance from the edge for you.

hahahah omg you won that! I was stalking it on eBay and then overspent my sewing budget for this month and then just let it go. Glad to see it went to a good home in the end!!

The pleater I would leave sealed. I use a fork to do the same thing!

The button hole maker is the most useful bound button hole notion you will ever own.... open and save the paperwork!

Open it. You will not regret it. I recently won the button hole tool on ebay for $9!! I had been trying to get one for ages.

There's no such thing as too much fabric.
