I just found out that Sew Excitingis going to have an interfacing sale. I don't know the dates, but I understand it will be fairly soon.

If you need high quality interfacing at reasonable prices and with reasonable shipping charges, you should check them out. My favorite types of fusible interfacing are their Pro-Weft and their Pro Tricot, both 60 inches wide. These are light years beyond Pellon, and when you buy them on sale, they're an excellent value.

Looks good, I'd like to try something other than pellon. since it is sold in 60" widths it isn't really that much more expensive.

Thanks!

I don't remember how I stumbled across them, but my interfacing order came yesterday and it was really nice. It also came with some of the most detailed instructions I've ever seen (shrinkage, where to use each kind, how to get it to stick really well, etc).

I'm stocked up on pretty much everything now, but I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Which fusible interfacing would you use for flannel pajamas..............for seersucker pajamas?

Just checked the site. I'm not seeing sale prices yet. I didn't miss it, did I?

No, the sale hasn't happened yet. I think the Pro Weft would be good for the facings and the collar of your pajamas. But just to be sure, you should send Pam of Sew Exciting an email and ask. And you can ask her about the sale, too.

Thanks for this site. I've never been here before (though I have seen the tutorial for the HP Princess shirt collar on Pam's blog). Her products look fantastic and I've sent an email and hope to be notified of the sale.

Even at regular prices, this interfacing is a bargain because of its quality. I think I'll order anything I don't already have. So much for conserving cash in these harsh economic times...

And another thing....although I don't see them on the site right now, keep an eye out for the
Collar clamp. It's very handy. I used it to turn the corners on a waistband yesterday - the waistband was interfaced with Pan's interfacing - and loved the way it worked. I hope she offers them again.

Karla, that interfacing is an investment that will never loose value and therefore is even better than cash.

LOL. A fine thought - but I don't think my local retailers will accept it as currency when I need gas or cat food.
