I was looking at getting the 130 x 300 hoop for the brother 750. Has anyone tried it ? it looks like it has severl clips on the side where you move it to stitch out the longer designs. I don't see one wider than 130 though?

I am getting very tired of my tempermental 2170, and find I use my 750 more and more but I just would like the bigger hoop.

The repositionable hoop can be used, but you still are limited to the stitching area the EM provides.

To stitch a design larger than what the EM recognizes will involve splitting the larger design into sections the size accepted by the EM.

Instead of re-hooping to realign the sections, you re-position the hoop.

Thanks, I figured I should be able to use 4d Design Aligner to split the design easy enough but I guess its just wondering whether its enough extra area to be worth the hassle.

Thanks
