They have some beautiful new designs of the Nativity. One with Joseph, Mary and Jesus, and another with an angel. Both designs each have over 74,000 stitches. My machine won't do more the 72,000 I believe. Do you know how long it's going to take for one deisgn to stitch out probably 6 or more hours. They are beautiful but I don't have that kind of time and patience. I almost brought them. And for $1.25 each I still might. But I would still have to split them and imgaine if you do that and it's wrong all that time and effort and thread. Maybe on second thought. I guess these were designs for the newer machines.

I know which ones you're talking about. They are beautiful. I showed them to my sister who is the religious one and she loved them. I dont' have the skill and they're way to big for my machine but maybe next year i can split them and do a wall hanging for her. :)
I'd have to split the 10" ones into 6. >.<
I play sims or paint when running the machine. Keeps me entertained.

I've lost count now, the walls are now fabric.

They are beautiful, but would take a long time to stitch. My machine will do a maximum of 650 stitches per minute, but slower on some parts, plus the time it takes to change thread...I think that ends up being FOREVER!
Sewwolf - The 72000 is probably the number of stitches that can be in a design FILE. So, If a design exceeds that, you can just use Embird to split off the colors that take the file over the limit, and save those as a separate file. Since you haven't changed anything else about the design, all you would have to do once the first part finishes, is start the second.
Really, you could split a design into a series of smaller stitch count files and just stitch them out a little at a time instead of watching your machine stitch all day. Of course, you couldn't use your hoop for anything else.
Did I explain that clearly?
