...Plenty for which to sew! (Moderated by Deepika, EleanorSews)
Posted on: 2/27/10 11:55 AM ET
We have finally squared away and booked a couple of trips:
1) Trip "home" to England early summer. MIL turns 80 this year so we're heading over to celebrate her birthday early. In addition to visiting family and friends in Warkwickshire, we're bringing MIL and heading to Nice, France for six days!
2) 7 day Caribbean cruise in the autumn...
This equals some fun events for which to sew. In particular, the cruise will be great motivation for the upcoming Formalwear Contest!! There are two formal evenings, which I LOVE because there are so few reasons to dress this way nowadays!
Woo Hoo!

A bad day in the sewing room is better than a good day at the office.

Wow - that sounds like so much fun! I agree with you on the ''dressing up'' - doesn't happen often. I'll look forward to some of your project reviews and wish you a wonderful and safe trip! Need someone to help with the luggage?
