I did it -- I purchased the Babylock Ellisimo today and will have it by next weekend. I can hardly wait! I have had an embroidery machine for about 8 years now, so I am not new to embroidery -- this will be an upgrade. I am so excited!

Congratulations! I almost ordered the Ellageo Plus today, but decided to wait until I actually sell my other machine. The BL machines do beautiful embroidery.

I did not do trade-ins on my machines so I will need to sell them as well.

For once in my life, I chose to be prudent and wait until the machine is sold before replacing. But I am so tempted.... I had an older Ellageo that I sold about a year ago and have regretted ever since. Fingers crossed my Bernina sells quickly.

I have the Ellageo ESG3 and am upgrading to the Ellisimo. I was 99% sure I wanted the Bernina 830, but changed my mind after my third demo (by three different people). They all struggled with the user interface and Babylock is just so easy to use. I changed my mind and ordered the Babylock.

Good luck selling your Bernina. Which machine do you have?

Thank you. I have the 440 QEE. Yes, I too struggle with the user interface on the Bernina. =o/ That and changing needles and the presser foot give me fits. I never thought my hands were that big. LOL

The Ellisimo is a sweet machine, I spent some time playing with her. She's way more machine than I need for the few things I do embroider. I love the way the BL's sound when they're sewing, too.

I've had my Ellisimo for almost a year and love, love, love it.
The embroidery is great. I have very few needle breaks and those I do are user error. Very few thread nests as well.
Congratulations and happy sewing/embroidering.

I bought my Elissimo last week. I am having so much fun, I made a blouse, an embroidered crochet hook organizer, and now I'm stitching out the redwork designs for a quilt. I love how quiet and smooth this machine is.

How does your Elissimo compare to your Bernina 630? I'm thinking of selling my 630E and buying either the Elissimo or the Brother Quattro.
