Recently I was surfing through the boards and came across a post from a PR member who made a crazy quilt. She posted picture of it. It was four blocks, and each had a piece of a solid color fabric in it. The border was the same fabric as the solid color (it looked like muslin). The outside of the quilt was prairie points. I printed the picture, thinking I'd like to use it some day, but in a different way, but I didn't save it on my computer. Now I need to find that member because I'd like to use this quilt for an upcoming class. Does anyone remember the post, or are you that member?

TIA.

If you printed it out, you should have the "address" website also on the printout...enter it and you should have the page you are looking for.

That's what I wish I was smart enough to have done, and I do know how to do it. You'd think I would have been smarter. I tried looking to see if I bookmarked it, but I didn't. Oh well, I'll have to think of something soon.

I will help you look for it tomorrow, but I have to ask what are prairie points? I've been thinking about pulling out some quilting fabric I purchased ages ago for a log cabin quilt to start on a small lap quilt. I have been collecting fabric for a crazy quilt for a long time but time and organizationhave not allowed it.

Have you searched the message boards? You can put in "crazy quilt" under the Quilts category and it should come up.

My printer automatically prints the site address on the print-out....are you sure yours doesn't? Check the bottom of the page.

Prairie points are triangular pieces that edge around the quilt.
