Has anybody tried to serge the curved back seams? (Moderated by Sharon1952)

I loved Butterick's skirt B4859 at first glance, finally made a muslin and LOVE this pattern!
So I cut now into the 'good' fabric and am about to sew it up but have one question: Has anybody tried to serge the curved back seams? In the available reviews, I did not find any hint that somebody tried that method. The fabric I chose is fraying quite substantially so I would prefer serging but doubt that it will work well with the curved seams.
Any experience or opinons are greatly appreciated, many thanks!

Wow, that was a fast reponse, thanks a lot!!
Twila serged the hem and the pics from the topstitched back seams look to me as if the back seams were sewn by conventional sewing machine? The curves are quite 'curvy' at one part so I reckon that only a lot of clipping would make a smooth curve, and my question is: would a serged seam be able to 'behave' so smoothly? May need to give it a try, I could cautiously clip into the SA without clipping the thread. I guess the only way to find out is to just do it -- with my muslin skirt. Will report about success or failure in my review.
