These have been intriquing me for the last few days. I'm mainly interesting in the Celtic stuff which uses the same methods that stained glass does. But can't find any real tutorials online. Has anyone does any of these, did you enjoy doing them etc? It looks like it could be either a lot of fun or if it goes wrong a real PIA.

I've done some of this a while ago. It's pretty easy, especially with a double needle and now that Nancy's Notions has pre-stickied bias. I think there are also books and/or patterns on the NN site too.

It's been a while as I said, but I recall it going pretty fast, once you get past the point of having all the little pieces traced and cut out.

I don't use the fusible bias tape, but rather soutache. It's a fine flat braid that is bendable. I lay it on my "ditches" and then stitch in the ditch. I didn't use a tutorial but did it on my own; it was more fun that way Click here Click here too

That's where I first saw it years ago on the NN site and catalogs. Bias and tape and I have a love/hate relationship from my apparel days lol. So I wasn't at that time very interested. I found some patterns online so going to get and easy one to start out.
