I've been searching for the longest time trying to find small cuts of linen print fabric to make a couple of small projects.
Is there no such thing? I need a few different prints and solids. Most merchants who even have any linen sell only whole yards and they run upwards of $20, even JoAnn's.
Is there an online merchant I have missed?

Any on line retailers I have seen have a minimum one yard cut. Perhaps someone else out there knows differently. Sorry.

Joann Fabrics still seems to sell all fabric by even 1/8 of a yard increments, to me, in person, of anything I want. Unless it was some kind of panel printed fabric, then maybe they would not want to cut right down the middle of a panel. Ditto with Hancock fabrics in person to me. And every other brick and mortar fabric store I have ever been into. So if you are seeing some kind of minimum 1 yd purchase of anything on line anyplace, that is not what I ever find, in person in a store at all.
Lots of linen trousers, blouses, skirts and stuff in every Goodwill or Salvation Army thrift store around that I have been in though. I think often you can get a whole pre-loved and used garment of it there, even for just a few bucks often. How much is in it each time, just sort of depends on what it is, and what size it is. Maybe get some there, and cut it up for another use?

How small? Home dec samples could be a good source if they are big enough. I see them at JoAnn's for sale when they're being remaindered, but an interior designer or home dec warehouse probably has a wider selection.
If you were in the SF area I'd send you to FabMo. I've been collecting linen pieces from them to make a pieced throw, and you're right, 100% linen in a print is harder to find, but there are a few out there.

Ideally, I'd like a charm pack. That'd be about the right size.

Ink and Spindle have offcut packs that might work for you. Not linen, but beautiful hand printed organic hemp and cotton. The postage could be prohibitive though. Lara and Tegan are lovely ladies and respond quickly to emails, in my experience.

I've got some scraps of linen I could send you, brick red & brown solids right now... golden cream herringbone once I cut into that piece... maybe some more later. I don't have any prints, have never seen them in fabric stores. The suggestion to look in resale shops is a good one.
