computer program for viewing machine embroidery files as pictures (Moderated by Pyrose)

I am looking for a computer program that allows me to look at my .pes files as pictures. I have PED-Basic, but it doesn't allow me to make a .jpg of the pictures. I want to make a notebook of my patterns, for easier access & deciding what to stitch.

You could use this free EOS viewer utility one, from Compucon. It has a pretty nice printing module in it, that lets you print out your embroidery designs to put in a binder or such, and with lots of data on each one and visually in quite a few ways.

I don't think it has an actual save as .jpg command, but you don't need one for anything either, as it has it's own built in print utility even, that works with your printer with even no other art or drawing program at all, that will print out individual embroidery design data sheets for you, and that would be good in a binder like that.
Also, do you know anything on your windows computer monitor screen, at any moment, no matter what, turns into a .jpg file, anytime you want, by just hitting the "prt scr" key on your keyboard, then it's on your windows "clipboard" and you can always paste it into any bit map/raster kind of art program or drawing program that you have in a computer, and crop it, change it or do anything you want with it. And then as long as that program, (even Windows Paint) has a save as command with a save as a .jpg, you can always create a .jpg file that way too, but I think that is more work.
