I just stumbled upon this new endeavour of Spanish brand Mango :
http://shop.mango.com/FR/violeta

Violeta is supposed to be their "plus size" branch, but it actually goes from size 40 (that's US 8, I think), which is not plus size AFAIK.

I post this because I find the garments especially very cute, there are some duds but also form-fitting dresses. Above all, they present them on a so-called "plus size" model (actually maybe size 8 or 10), which means you see how they work on someone closer to the average woman than the usual model.

(Not affiliated, in fact I don't recommend buying from Mango since the quality is not good from what I've seen, but I've been lining up patterns to replicate the looks so I thought other may be interested).

I am very interested but for some reason, I can't seem to be able to open the website. Could be my connection...

In any case, this is my no 1 frustration with some EU brands. I have this really cute Zara jacket I bought in Spain (1-day incursion = irrational purchase, LOL!) and it hangs in my closet, unworn because, the reality I tried to deny while in the store is, I am really PETITE.

EVERYTHING is too long on me, ouinnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am glad some of those brands are trying to cater to more silhouettes. It's just a start but hopefully it will grow.

*off to try the website again*

Well, I can see the collection on the CA site, at least :

Thanks for sharing. Some are cute, some not so much. But they do show a lot of the clothing details which I appreciate.
I just had to comment because I've never seen it before: In the catalogue section at the end. They have a model wearing what I would call "jeggings" with a tuck in blouse!!! Would anyone do that. I have to plead guilty (as a plus size person) to having a well worn pair of Jeggings. But I wear them with longer tops because they then look like jeans with no added bulk. But with a tucked in top???
