I keep finding references to using iron on stabilizers but have been unsuccessful in finding them. I did see one by Solvy, but it seems that that is more for just plain fabrics rather than for embroidery. Could someone please help and let me know where you bought iron on stabilizers?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I buy the iron-on stabilizers made by Floriani, through my Bernina dealer, RedRockThreads.com, and allbrands.com.

I use Sulky "Totally Stable Iron On Tear Away" stabilizer. It comes in a roll and it is for machine embroidery. It works very well. I bought it online in a combo pack that included several rolls of different kinds of stabilizers. But I think you could find it on one of the sewing or embroidery websites.

P.S. -- just noticed that they have the Sulky Totally Stable Tear Away stabilizer at JoAnn's. I think they make iron-on stabilizer that is not the tear-away too but I don't happen to have any. I am sure you can easily find both permanent and tearaway in an iron-on at JoAnn or any store or website that has a lot of embroidery supplies. I have also been happy with Amazon purchases from World Weidner (sp?).
