Continuing my constant quest to learn fitting. This is a blouse that I fit using Pivot and Slide a year ago. It's a little snug across the shoulders. I tried showing with my arm shrug where it's tight in the (hopefully) attached photo. It's tight when I raise my arms.
What do I need to do to correct that?
My results with this blouse were close, but not perfect. I am now going back to the same pattern and trying it again using a traditional FBA. I'm just not sure where this snugness is coming from (and I've experienced it on other things I've made)
ok, picture didn't seem to post, here's the link..

Impossible to see what the problem is from the photo. Better to take one straight on front, back and one in profile with your posture at ease. You can try using a self timer if your camera/phone has one.

The sleeve cap is too tight for you and that's certainly part of what you feel. Next time just take the same sleeve pattern but make the cap higher and wider, then run easing stitches and ease it in to the armhole. It seems to be especially across the bicep--the armhole size itself doesn't look bad.
Beyond that as the other poster said it's hard to see what else is going on. You may need a broad back adjustment, and/or some shoulder darts in back, due to a muscular back.
One experienced woman here will use a size larger for the back of a blouse if someone has a broad back, and just ease the extra shoulder length at the shoulder seam.

Thanks for the input. I will try altering the sleeve and see how that changes the fit. I have also been told twice that I have a high round back, so I'll try that also.

If you've been told you have a high round back, then your back will need more length as well as width, in the upper back area, plus some darts coming from either the shoulder or the neck (to pull in the extra material to fit the shoulder or neckline shape, and puffing out the back to match your curve in the process). Maybe Catina will come along and say how it should be done :-) I can almost guess or picture, but she's much better! Or you may be able to research that topic here or online if you use that phrase.
Enjoy! Think of it as sculpture!

It's a very form fitting blouse, is it out of a non-stretch? Perhaps it's just too small overall, what about sewing the next size up. I'm not seeing much wearing ease.
Good luck with your top.

Oops, forgot what I was going to put here.

I would go up a size or two. Tailored shirts like this generally have much more ease than we see here.
