Hello, new here. And quite new to sewing as well.

I saw a drawing of a sweater I instantly fell in love with. It's a v-neck sweater but the sleeves confuse me a bit.

How would I sew these kinds of sleeves?

Also, how would I sew the v-neck part?

This looks like a knitted sweater rather than sewn, to me. The sleeves and band around the neck are rib. You could sew something similar - a v neck sweatshirt using ribbing for the sleeves and a slightly wider than normal neckband.
