Lost parts (Moderated by Sharon1952, EleanorSews)

Hi! I'm new to PR, but not new to sewing, and I recently commandeered my great-grandmother's Singer 750 from my mother, since it was sitting in her attic collecting dust.
Unfortunately, all of the accessories have gone MIA since my mother got the machine after my grandmother died in 1985. I've not had a chance to use the machine yet because the power cord and foot pedal are among the MIA parts. But some of them seem important, specifically the stitch pattern discs. There is one in the machine, but according the manual, it came with several more.
Is anyone familiar with this machine and these discs? Where can I get them?
Thanks!

You may want to check with Sew Classic she has many items for the older sm, including foot controls & power chords, bobbins, etc. If she does not have it she may know where you could get the items. ........ also maybe post this under Singer thread here as some people only look there for Singer sm info. ........Good luck!

I'm surprised you don't know about eBay, as eBay has all kinds of parts for your machine. click here
Just do a search on eBay for Singer 750 sewing machine and you will come up with some items. Also, my "go to" person for any Touch and Sew Model Singer (because Sew Classic, as well as a lot of other dealers don't sell them) is a dealer out of California-- www.sewingemporium.com I have been inside his store, and that's about all he sells. I can always find parts for my Touch and Sews--630, 626 and 758--in his catalog. Send Gil an email (link is at the bottom of the website, and he will reply back within 24 hours.
