US 10-18, made 16 was too large in parts

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Excellent instructions

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Just a lot of fabric in the skirt which isn't needed
Fabric Used:
Linen
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Took inch from back and side seams, added contrast red linen on sleeves and v at front for interest plus contrasting buttons (larger than recommend)

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?

Your dress looks much better than the one on the envelope! The red details make the dress special. Very nice!

I love the red contrast, a great idea, elevating the simple lines of the dress! Looks like you can dress it up or down as well depending on accessories. Nicely done!

I love what you did to emphasize the lines. I'm going to make this but I will definitely cut down the sides. Even the picture on the pattern looks a bit much. Otherwise looks like a great pull on summer dress.

So - I like what you have done with this dress - the pop of red is great! You gave the pattern one star, but said it was a great pattern? Just wondering if that was an error?
