Pattern Description:
This pattern makes a sma;;/medium satchel style bag and includes an outside pocket, zip pocket in the lining and top zip opening.
Pattern Sizing:
small-medium size bag
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
mine is recognizable
Were the instructions easy to follow?
The instructions that come with the free pattern are very detailed and clear, but I was thankful there are a few tutorials on youtube for this pattern.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
The pattern called for 3 types of interfacing, yet I did not see instructions for use.
Fabric Used:
I used 2 coordinating cotton prints
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I used Pellon foam stabilizer rather than fleece since I wanted a stiffer more structured bag.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
This is the first bag I have made that uses zippers, lining and the foam stabilizer. I did seek some help on youtube from Sew Sweetnes in order to apply the stabilizer. This bag is far from perfect but I will use it since it is a good size. I did add D rings on the ends so I can add a long strap in order to carry it on my shoulder.
Conclusion:

Cute bag. Love the outside and inside fabric graphics.
